Molly leads Hyperion Partners' Asset Management & Compliance desk within the Social Housing sector, focusing on interim recruitment for surveyors and managers. Her remit sits at the technical, compliance-critical end of the market - covering roles shaped by the Building Safety Act, damp and mould obligations, and the wider push for higher standards in stock condition and asset management across housing associations and local authorities. Working on an interim basis means Molly is regularly placing experienced professionals who can step into urgent, often short-notice requirements — covering service voids, compliance backlogs, and capacity gaps - while clients work through longer-term hiring plans. Her focus is on ensuring housing providers have immediate access to surveyors and managers who understand the regulatory landscape and can deliver from day one, without compromising on quality or compliance standards.

Adriana leads Hyperion Partners' Leasehold Block Management desk, working closely with managing agents to recruit across the roles that keep residential blocks and estates running well. Her core focus spans Property Managers and Senior Property Managers - the people responsible for the day-to-day and strategic management of residential portfolios - alongside Service Charge Accountants, ensuring managing agents have the specialist financial expertise needed to manage service charge budgets, accounts and compliance accurately. Working within one of the most compliance-driven corners of the property sector, Adriana understands the pressures managing agents face: high staff turnover, increasing regulatory scrutiny, and the need for candidates who can hit the ground running on both the operational and financial sides of block management. Her focus is on connecting managing agents with candidates who don't just fill a vacancy, but genuinely strengthen how a portfolio is run.
