Working within one of the most compliance-driven corners of the property sector, Adriana understands the pressures managing agents face: high staff turnover, increasing regulatory scrutiny, and the need for candidates who can hit the ground running on both the operational and financial sides of block management. Her focus is on connecting managing agents with candidates who don't just fill a vacancy, but genuinely strengthen how a portfolio is run.
