Are you an experienced Lift Inspector with a LOLER qualification?

Now is your chance to make a real impact in the social housing sector by joining a well-established social housing provider looking for a skilled Lift Inspector to ensure the safety and compliance of lifting equipment across their housing portfolio.

Location: London
Salary: Hourly rate £32 – £36
Job Type: Contract

Day-to-day of the role
  • Conduct thorough LOLER inspections of lifts and lifting equipment within social housing properties.
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide detailed reports and recommendations to improve safety and performance.
  • Work closely with maintenance teams and external contractors to address any issues.
  • Advise on best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing compliance.

Requirements
  • LOLER Qualification (Essential)
  • Proven experience as a Lift Inspector or Lift Engineer
  • Strong knowledge of LOLER, PUWER, and other relevant regulations
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple inspections
  • Full UK Driving license
