You’ll be responsible for managing a residential property portfolio, delivering an exceptional service to residents and clients while ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard and all statutory obligations are met.

Day-to-day of the role
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties.
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with leaseholders, residents, clients and contractors.
- Coordinating maintenance and repair works, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
- Arranging property inspections and following up on any required actions.
- Managing budgets, service charge expenditure and contractor invoices.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety and property legislation.
- Handling resident enquiries and resolving issues professionally and effectively.
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver a first-class property management service.
Skills you need
Our client is looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and keen to build a long-term career within residential property management.
- Experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager
- A genuine desire to progress your career into a fully-fledged Property Manager role if you’re currently at Assistant level.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship management.
- Good knowledge of residential property management and relevant legislation (desirable).
- A full UK driving licence (preferred).
